Inspect room fixtures and accessories for proper location, operation and function. Perform self-room inspections and accept feedback from unit quality inspections performed by inspectors and management. This position is critical to ensure quality service to our owners and their guests while working cooperatively with team members. Ensures good communication with Housekeeping Supervisors and staff. Inspectors ensures that all units are inspected after being cleaned on a daily basis prior to occupancy. Laundry inspects, washes, folds and stores laundered supplies for guest units. Mountainside Villas Owners Association is seeking a Maintenance Technician/ Insulation Installer . The technician assists in the performance of duties necessary to maintain the physical structure of the property in good repair for our owners and guests. Install insulation, vapor barriers and mild mold remediation in the units while working closely with the Rooms Division Manager. Work a scheduled daily shift of eight hours.
