Big Cypress Command The Big Cypress Reservation is located directly in the middle of the Florida Everglades. Jurisdictional boundaries on the Big Cypress Reservation include three different counties; Hendry, Collier, and Broward counties. The main road that runs directly through Big Cypress is County Road 833, also known as Snake Road and Josie Billie Hwy. The Billie Swamp Safari hosts the Big Cypress Casino. The Seminole Police Department manages Public Safety Radio Communications and emergency telephone services for all of the Reservations of the Seminole Tribe of Florida.
