Cortona Academy is a well-established educational company in Herndon, Virginia which specializes in private education and tutoring. Our average class is 4 students per teacher.
Thus, we need MANY tutors with a minimum education of a Master's degree in any subject, who can speak very, very good English, but no certification is required...just a desire to change the lives of our students. We are presently expanding quickly and need the following tutors: English writing and literature, Spanish, all math levels, from general math teachers through pre-calculus, all sciences, plus "techies" for our engineering and science programs! Again, no teacher certification is needed. However, some teaching or tutoring experience is helpful, but not necessary.
Additionally, we need reliable, well-dressed Office Supporter, such as:
Receptionist, Personal Assistant to the Director with knowledge of web-site updating, writing abilities, flier design, extensive background of Microsoft Office Suite, phone marketing, and very, very organized and well-dressed. (The Office Support Team represents the efficiency and elegance of our program and its Director.). Marketing and Sales positions are also a part of our Support Team.
