Job Description

Comfort Keepers of Fredericksburg, Virginia is looking for an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Officer with demonstrated sales success and excellent client satisfaction! If this is you, you could be the Inside Sales Officer we are looking for.


Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Inside Sales Officer is responsible for the continuity of communication between referral sources, leads, customers and their contacts, establishing and managing these relationships to include the oversight and management of the initial sales process (intake and home visit scheduling), follow ups, and ongoing contact management/customer service support of Customers.


The Inside Sales Officer monitors and prepares reports and statistics of the Digital Marketing and ensures Social Media campaigns are updated with relevant and timely contents.


Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is required
  • Strong experience in sales with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and outstanding people management skills
  • A positive and professional business image
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy in a Microsoft Windows environment with experience in managing social media (Facebook, Yelp, blogs, and websites)
  • Previous experience as a client care or customer service manager is preferred
  • Experience in the health care industry is preferred
